Kerepeti is rapidly taking shape! Work on both neighbourhoods is progressing quickly with a number of terrace homes nearing completion and the scaffolding on the apartments in Kerewhenua having come down.
Kerewhenua
The neighbourhood has continued to develop quickly over the past six weeks, with many terrace homes nearing completion and in the process of receiving a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC). Scaffolding has come down on units along Onekiritea Road, as well as on the apartment block. You can now see the facade from Hobsonville Point Road and it is looking pretty great. The laneways are also coming to life with development starting soon on the main laneway that connects the neighbourhood.
Uku
Things are also progressing well within the Uku neighbourhood. The terrace homes along Mapou and Eyton Kay Roads are ready and waiting for new families to move in! The rest of the terraces and walk-ups on Hobsonville Point Road are being finished in quick succession and these are also close to completion. The neighbourhood is developing a cohesive look and feel with work now started on landscaping of the laneways and all brickwork, painting and roofs completed.
The show home is available for viewing at 63 Mapou Road, Saturday and Sunday 12-3pm.
